The Boone’s Next Level Food LLC Story

Boone’s Next Level Food LLC is a small, fully licensed, family owned food service business which was founded and created in 2022. Greg is founder, creator and primary owner of the business but is aided by a tremendous amount of support from immediate members of the Boone Family.

Greg is a former Business-Finance Professional, a successful former athlete, a long time local basketball coach and native Minnesotan who has had a passion for the culinary arts and entrepreneurship for nearly all of his life.  Inspiration for the Boone’s Next Level Food LLC business was driven by watching and learning cooking techniques used by his Memphis, Tennessee born and raised parents as they prepared fabulous meals at the Boone’s home during his (plus siblings) childhood days in Minneapolis.

The initial service goal of Boone’s Next Level Food LLC business is to create delicious “Next Level” tasting meals for the Twin Cities food loving community that is different and not ordinarily found on a mobile Food Truck.  This business is also capable of providing catering services (upon request) to further enhance the overall dining experience for groups and/or businesses in the Twin Cities community.

While this family owned business is centered around the owner’s passion for culinary arts and entrepreneurship, there are also long term plans to create a youth foundation (with a portion of this business’ proceeds) that provides a community service organization which gives high school and/or college scholarship opportunities to school aged youth in the Twin Cities area.
